TR Fabric

TR fabric, also known as T/R fabric, is a textile blend composed primarily of polyester (T) and rayon (R). This fabric is known for combining the best properties of both fibers to create a versatile and high-performance material. Here are the key features, benefits, and uses of TR fabric:

  • Composition:Polyester typically makes up the majority of the blend, providing durability, strength, and resistance to wrinkles and shrinking. Rayon contributes to the fabric's softness, breathability, and drape, enhancing comfort and aesthetic appeal. (These ratios can be adjusted to suit different needs, balancing softness and durability according to the intended use.)
    • 65% Polyester / 35% Rayon
    • 70% Polyester / 30% Rayon
    • 80% Polyester / 20% Rayon
  • Key Features: A combination of durability and softness, good wrinkle resistance, breathability, drape, etc.
